John Button, Executive Chairman
John Button is a Co-Founder of CollectiveCare Dental, LLC (“CCD”), a Dental Services Organization formed in 2013. They partnered with their first practice in March 2015. Focused on building a regional family of practices in Southeastern PA, Southern NJ, and Delaware, CCD is committed to achieving high patient satisfaction through the provision of excellent dental care in a relaxing and friendly environment.
John has a broad background in Healthcare and Industry, having served as a senior executive in both for many years. He founded a consulting company that, for many years, provided assistance across a broad spectrum of services to medical and dental practitioners and institutions in NJ, NY, and PA. John was a senior executive in a medical practice roll-up similar to the Collective Care Dental model.
John has a BA from Gettysburg College and did extensive post-graduate study. He has lectured on a variety of healthcare, sales, marketing, and general management topics over many years. He has served on private and non-profit Boards and is the former Mayor of Moorestown, NJ.
Danny Bianco, Chief Executive Officer
Danny Bianco joined CollectiveCare Dental, LLC. in the spring of 2023.
Since 1995, Danny has dedicated his career to leading companies in the healthcare industry to offer high-quality care. His leadership values are rooted in creating a positive culture that promotes teamwork, which allows for a patient-centric, comfortable environment for everyone that comes through the doors of CollectiveCare. He was the Founder and CEO of Dynamic Physical Therapy, a top-ranked and award-winning outpatient physical therapy group in DE, PA and Northern MD. After a successful 22 years, Dynamic sold to Pivot Physical Therapy where Danny transitioned to the President of Sales and Business Development. During his time at Pivot, the company saw positive year-to-year growth and retention until a successful acquisition by Athletico in 2022.
Danny sits on the Board for the Patriot Fund and currently serves as the President of the Board at Laurel Creek Country Club.
Scott Becker, Chief Operating Officer
Scott was also a Co-Founder of CollectiveCare Dental, LLC. His focus has remained constant since the beginning: building a family of dental practices that is passionate about the high quality of dental care for every patient in each CollectiveCare Dental practice. Scott is embracing the challenge of the dental health field and has already worked with some of the top dentists in the region while building relationships with practices around the area. Prior to CollectiveCare Dental, Scott gained experience as a senior executive in multiple corporate positions in the consumer packaged goods and technology industries. He spent over 30 years and multiple senior executive roles in sales, marketing, and general management, most recently managing the North American business at one of the largest consumer packaged goods companies in the country.
Scott has a BA in Psychology from Muhlenberg College and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Wayne Silverman, DDS, Chief Dental Officer
A graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, Dr. Wayne Silverman maintains a private practice in Hanover, PA. He is a certified dental consultant through the American Association of Dental Consultants and is on the Board of Directors. A member of the ADA, PDA, and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Silverman is also a clinical instructor, Dean’s Faculty, at the University of Maryland, School of Dentistry. Currently, Dr. Silverman serves as the Dental Director at Dominion, USA, a dental benefits company in Alexandria, VA. Previously, he was the dental director for United Concordia, Tricare Dental Plan. He has presented continuing education programs on CDT coding at the Greater New York Dental Meeting, Yankee Dental, Big Apple, and the University of Maryland. Private consulting services include clinical due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and representation of dentists in third-party audits.
Keith Dunoff, DMD, Dental Director
As a graduate of Muhlenberg College and the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Keith Dunoff completed a General Practice Residency Program at the Virtua Health System (formerly West Jersey Hospital). He is licensed in PA, NJ, NY, MI, VA, MD. He maintains a private practice in Swedesboro, NJ, and oversees dental practices for the correctional care population and geriatric assisted living sectors. Dr. Dunoff is a member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, American Society for Geriatric Dentistry, Special Care Dentistry Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He has hospital affiliations at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center and Virtua Health System. He has a clinical appointment as Associate Professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he teaches restorative dentistry weekly. He has been a consultant to the insurance industry. Keith joins Dr. Silverman in overseeing all clinical aspects of our company, including clinical education, efficiencies, infection control, documentation and record-keeping, patient satisfaction, and the professional support and growth of our doctors.
Beth Walsh, Director of Dental Operations
Beth Walsh has broad experience in practice management, strategic business planning, leadership coaching, team development, and pre-post acquisition support. An experienced and proven dental practice manager with over 30 years in the industry, Beth has:
- Managed single-site and multi-site private and corporate-owned dental practices.
- Developed a track record of excellence in growing patient volume and practice profitability.
- Become highly skilled at utilizing practice analytics to optimize performance.
Jamie Huston, Controller
A graduate of Villanova University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and the CPA certification since 1992, Jamie Huston is a seasoned financial executive with 17 years of proven controller experience with a multi-site healthcare staffing solutions company.
Jamie has another 8 years as controller at primarily professional service organizations in southeastern PA. He has been the CCD Controller since April 2017 and has been very involved in all acquisitions during his tenure.
